Return & Refund Policy

At Banana Brat, all banana bread is baked fresh to order and shipped directly from our kitchen. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if something goes wrong during transit, we will always do our best to make it right.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Spoiled Orders

If your banana bread arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us as soon as possible.

All Banana Brat loaves are baked fresh before shipping. If a loaf arrives in poor condition, it likely occurred during transit. In these cases, we are happy to offer a replacement loaf, shipped at no additional cost.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email jane@bananabrat.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if possible

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers or weather conditions are outside of our control. While we cannot offer refunds for delays, we will always review each situation with care and do our best to help.
