At Banana Brat, all banana bread is baked fresh to order in small batches and shipped directly from our kitchen. Because we ship perishable baked goods, timing and care matter — here’s what to expect.

Where We Ship From

Banana Brat is a locally owned, NYC-based banana bread bakery. All orders are baked in New York City and shipped nationwide.

Processing Time

All banana bread is baked fresh before shipping.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be baked and prepared before it ships.

During high-volume periods or special drops, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your loaf is on its way.

Freshness & Transit

Our banana bread is packaged carefully to stay fresh during transit. Because every loaf is baked fresh to order, any issues with freshness that occur are almost always the result of shipping conditions.

If your banana bread arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. (See our Return & Refund Policy for details.)

Shipping Delays

Shipping carriers and weather conditions are outside of our control. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen.

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, but we will always review issues thoughtfully and do our best to help.

Gluten-Free Orders

We offer gluten-free banana bread options, which are baked and shipped with the same care as our classic loaves. Please note that our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Banana Brat is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
